Return and Exchange Conditions
To request a refund or exchange, you’ll need to provide your receipt — it is your proof of purchase and is essential for processing any return or exchange.


Time Frame for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to decide if you want to exchange or return your item. If it’s been more than 14 days since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Condition of Returned Items
It is required for the item to be untouched, unworn, and unaltered in order to be returned. The item should maintain its original appearance, with all labels and seals intact. If the item shows any signs of wear or damage, it will be considered “used” and won’t be eligible for a return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. These are following items:


• Socks & gaiters (stripping gaiters)
• Bodysuits / sets (Stripping, dazed, anathomic)
• Underwear (W/M Talisman)

Exchange Procedure
You can exchange an item, in case it’s unused and in perfect condition. If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, you can either select another piece from our collection with a price adjustment, receive a refund, or wait for the item to be restocked.


Refunds
If you decide to return an item and request a refund, we’ll process it on the same day your return is confirmed. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
