Delivery Across Ukraine

All orders within Ukraine are dispatched exclusively through Nova Poshta, the cost of delivery is not included in the order price and is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.

The estimated delivery time is 1-4 working days.

Worldwide Delivery

To Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Moldova, Slovakia, Latvia, Hungary, Romania and Italy delivery is made via Nova Poshta. 

Delivery costs range from €10 to €20, with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days.

For other countries, we offer delivery by UkrPoshta, Fedex and Meest. 

Delivery time ranges from 10 to 21 business days

The cost of international shipping is calculated at checkout and must be paid in advance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to easily monitor the process.

Important: Shipping costs do not cover customs clearance fees. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for these additional costs. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees and cannot predict the amount. We are not liable for customs duties or related charges.
